Our family had an amazing time. House was very clean nicely decorated beds very comfortable. Short walk to the beach. Pool and outside bar area was everyone's favorite. Rueben was great to work with. Definitely want to return next year.

Great place that was very convenient to the beach and everything around. The house was incredible and the kids both big and small loved the pool. The pool bar was nice and useful!

This property met all our expectations and then some. It was close to the beach, had a pool, and enough rooms that no one had to share, except the kids in the cool room with the bunk beds! As a travel agent who has booked multiple homes for clients, I’ll definitely be suggesting this home for future rentals!

This beach house was even better in person than in photos. The property was clean and well maintained. The host was easy to communicate with and responded quickly when we had a storm come through and break a pool umbrella. Great communication , great property. Highly recommend!

Our stay at the Aqua Breeze Oasis was delightful. The house is beautifully furnished and had plenty of room so the older kids could escape the younger munchkins. The kitchen was well equipped for your every need. The house was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. The walk to the beach was short and easy. The kids loved the pool and the restroom on the pool floor was so convenient. The bar area near the pool was so cute and the extra fridge was very useful. Rueben contacted us frequently to see if we needed anything….We will definitely be back!

I’ve rented three times in Surfside and this is by far the best house. Clean, well-outfitted, great pool area, newer finishes. Rueben is responsive and generous in helping you have the best time possible. The beach is two blocks away and the pool is great with a shallow area for children. The pool bar is great and ready for an adult group as well.The six bedrooms were all good sizes and our four families spread out among them and never felt on top of each other.The only “downside” would be you will need a car, but if you have one everything is within a few minutes. I just wouldn’t say much is walkable from this location!Amazing stay and will stay here from now on when in Surfside

Our family had the most incredible stay at this beautiful home! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away. The house is absolutely gorgeous, incredibly spacious, and without a doubt one of the cleanest vacation rentals we’ve ever stayed in. Every room was spotless and beautifully maintained.The location couldn’t have been better! It’s just a short, easy walk to the beach, and the neighborhood is peaceful, safe, and so charming. We spent so much time enjoying the amazing pool area. It was perfect for both relaxing and letting the kids play. What truly set this property apart, though, were the owners. They were so kind, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making sure we had the best vacation possible. We asked if the house happened to have pool floats for the kids, and within an hour they personally brought several over! That level of hospitality is so rare and meant so much to our family.One feature we especially appreciated was the elevator. It made unloading luggage and hauling groceries so easy, especially after a long day of traveling.There was more than enough space for everyone to spread out comfortably, yet the home still felt warm and inviting. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, making it feel like a true home away from home.I truly cannot recommend this property enough. If you’re considering booking this house, don’t hesitate, you will not be disappointed. It exceeded every expectation we had, and we can’t wait to come back next summer!
