The Space:

This rare setup creates a spacious 4-bedroom, 4-bath retreat—perfect for groups, families, or business travelers who want to stay together while still enjoying privacy.



Together, the condos comfortably sleep up to 10 guests with 2 king beds, 2 queen beds, and 2 full floor mattresses. Each unit features soaring 9-foot ceilings, high-end finishes, state-of-the-art appliances, Nest thermostats, granite countertops, elegant cabinetry, and luxurious flooring throughout. Every detail—both inside the units and throughout the building—was thoughtfully designed to deliver a modern, upscale experience.



Enjoy the flexibility of two separate living rooms, each with ample seating and large TVs, plus two fully stocked kitchens ideal for preparing meals for a group. Each condo also includes its own in-unit washer and dryer and fast, reliable Wi-Fi, making longer stays or work trips effortless. Gather around the dining areas, relax after a day out, or spread out comfortably across both spaces.



Step onto either private balcony and take in sweeping Launch views. Watch planes take off and land, catch stunning sunrises and sunsets, and enjoy the surrounding natural beauty. Despite the proximity to the airport, the building is exceptionally quiet thanks to a nine-inch concrete slab with PSI far exceeding industry standards, so you’ll barely hear a thing inside.

Stroll through the protected wetlands preserve, relax at the expansive swimming pool with underwater and outdoor speakers, unwind in the jacuzzi, gather around the fire pit, or enjoy the tranquil waterfall. The clubhouse features a theater with an 86-inch TV, surround sound, and heated seating, while the indoor gym overlooks the pool and nature. A spa is available by appointment, and the property includes secured entry, outdoor security cameras, and two EV charging stations.



You’ll have two private parking spots included, plus plenty of overflow parking available. Pets are welcome, so everyone in your group can enjoy this one-of-a-kind luxury stay.

Guest Access:

Including a secured entrance and security cameras for ensuring peace of mind, you'll have no trouble stepping into your next vacation. A personal access code for the main lobby will be given ahead of check-in, along with your personal door code that will give you access throughout your stay. There are several elevators to help easily get up to your condo, along with ground floor garage parking as well as parking outside the building.
