This rustic cabin rental is located in the Ozarks of Missouri, just a short drive from the Mark Twain National Forest, and provides the perfect escape for two guests. The retreat has one cozy bedroom and one full bathroom. The easily accessible loft has a queen-size bed and additional sleeping space can be found on the main floor where there is another bed for two sits in a unique metal bed frame and charming nature-inspired decor. In the full bathroom, guests will find a toilet and a walk-in shower. All necessary linens and towels are provided. 4WD HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Weather conditions do not constitute an exception to our cancellation policies



In the living area, there is a comfortable sitting space set under the cabin's soaring cathedral ceiling, making for the perfect respite for guests during an action-packed vacation. Steps away in the kitchen, guests will find a sink, a refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, and bar seating for four. Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and parking.



Outside, there is a small open deck with a propane grill and magnificent views of the surrounding natural landscape. There is a grill on front deck and a fire pit with a cooking grill directly in front of the cabin. Guests can enjoy the fresh air and access the dense woods that envelope the property by day and enjoy the dark sky viewing at night.



This property is well equipped to provide a relaxing, comfortable vacation. Complimentary Wi-Fi is included for guests' entertainment and convenience, as well as air conditioning/heat and parking. There is a single conventional plug and USB and car charger ports in the cabin.



Outside this, glampers have access to the spectacular natural landscape that coats the property and region. Ozarks National Scenic Riverways is just minutes away.

Very nice, new interior, clean cabin accommodations. Size was perfect for our family of four! Beautiful scenery, very private/secluded location we really enjoyed. Not next to, but in nature! Saw plenty of wildlife an a still had modern conveniences with a kitchen, bathroom, shower and grill at the cabin. Extra bonus, owners left us fresh eggs from the chickens we were able to watch every morning! Stayed a week and had zero complaints!

Cute little cabin in the woods. The only issue we had was we drove down on our goldwings, which really didnt like the rocky part of the road. Other than that, it was just fine.

The directions on how to get to the actual cabin we're not very good we went down to it and turned around because the signs just didn't help much. The actual sign says dogwood cabin which was not mentioned on the directions on finding the cabin at all. And the steps coming out the front of the cabin we're very slick when it rained and my husband fell down them very hard. The grass around the cabin was very tall and dangerous because of big rocks down by the fire pit. A little bit of weeding would have been helpful. Other than that the cabin was clean and very quiet.

Some folks are just better off staying in a resort- From the directions sent to you "There is a big sign at our driveway. 1/2 mile down in, the driveway splits, go left you will pass the unfinished cabin and approximately 40 feet further, the driveway for the cabin is just before the wellhouse on the left. There is a “dogwood Cabin” sign by the driveway" Yes, steps get slippery in the rain and no the weeds were not "so tall you couldnt find the firepit. I reckon "situated in a heavily wooded forest" didnt give you a clue nor did the 6 inches of rain prior to your arrival but that isnt too shocking since you also believed i misrepresented the cabin when there wasnt a there wasn't "a covered and screened porch on the cabin." that you saw in the pictures. Reading comprehension skills certainly help to know what one is renting. Other than that, guests were quiet even though garbage was simply left outside the cabin door, door being left wide open and the toilet being left a mess..
