Truly amazing oceanfront property in North Vancouver’s Woodlands neighbourhood! The Arm's Nook is a modern, ground-level, self-contained suite in the owner's private home. If you love the ocean, the mountains and summer cottage living ~ this home's ideal location and rustic charm are superb.
The spacious studio boasts bright detailed décor, furnishings, and contemporary designs. Underfloor heating throughout makes this unobstructed Ocean view studio with direct water access cozy in the winter and central A/C makes it a refuge from the summer's heat. You can rest assured you are staying in a clean, modern, well-kept studio. Relish in a fully equipped Chefs' kitchen including high efficiency appliances, dual zone fridges as you indulge in charcuterie with friends/ family around a huge kitchen quartz island.
The kitchen features European glass doors that open to a spacious covered private patio with a gas fire pit, high output BBQ, set on a bluff to take in the tequila sunrises above the ocean with stairs to the private dock. There are 2 queen size beds, luxury bed linens and green cleaning products. One full spa like bathroom with walk-in shower + rain shower and radiant LED mirror.
We recently completed a re-model of the lower-level studio and our family lives on the floor above. The entire studio has been meticulously sound proofed which will provide privacy to enjoy unlimited wifi, HD smart tv, Netflix, Crave, Apple TV, Amazon Plus.

Guest Access:
A 4.5km road through protected and undeveloped emerald green, old growth forest, brings you to a 300m firelane private road that ends at the edge of the ocean, overlooking Indian Arm where our house is located.
There is no public transport to our area. You will need to drive to access this spot.
Guest access is the lower suite, with entrance on the South side of the house. Stairs go down to the entrance from the parking area. There is a lower balcony space and a deck at the suite entrance. Stairs go down to the dock, but this is a shared space.
A breathtaking patio with a gas firepit, barbecue, eating and lounging area overlooking the water is available for your exclusive use to enjoy the spectacular Indian Arm inlet and surrounding vistas.
Please note that this listing is NOT suitable for guests with mobility issues and small children.
The Neighborhood:
Wonderful neighborhood, greenbelt, close to Deep Cove, Iron Workers Memorial Bridge, Highway 1.
Getting Around:
UBER and North Shore Taxi are great options if you don't rent, or have a vehicle. However, we are located ~8 minutes from the closest full-service shopping centre, so walking is not optimal

* Absolutely No Parties & Guests are responsible for own drop off of recycling, and garbage prior to check out time.
