The Space:

Settle into an easygoing Smoky Mountains stay in this 2-bedroom configuration (primary bedroom + open loft) and 2 full baths. The main level features a comfortable living room with a smart TV and electric fireplace, plus doors out to a spacious deck with rocking chairs and a private hot tub.



The fully equipped kitchen includes a Hamilton Beach coffee maker, and you’ll have seating for four at the dining table plus two at the breakfast bar. You’ll also find a BBQ grill and outdoor seating overlooking the garden-style yard. An EV charger (220v) adds convenience for electric drivers.

Important Things to Note:

• Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles in the private driveway with little to no turnaround space.

• This is a two-story cabin—there is a ramp to access the front door but stairs are required to access the loft bedroom.

• Private laundry is available during your stay.

• An EV Charger (220v) is available for guest use. (Charging cord is not included.)

• Access to Shagbark Resort amenities (summer pool, tennis/pickleball/basketball courts, dog park) is offered but not guaranteed; they’re operated by the resort and availability/hours may change.

• This home is pet friendly. A maximum of 2 pets up to 40 lbs each may be brought to this home. Please note that there is an additional Pet Fee of $75 per pet that is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.

• Due to Smoky Mountains' remote mountain location, Wi-Fi and cell service throughout the area can be spotty or occasionally unavailable—this is a common experience for visitors across town.

• Check-in time is 4:00 PM. Early check-in cannot be confirmed in advance, but if the property is ready before 4:00 PM on your arrival day, you’ll be automatically notified.

• Check-out time is 10:00 AM. Late check-out must be requested within 24 hours of your departure and is subject to availability. Approval is not guaranteed and additional fees may apply.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.

• Cookware, bakeware, utensils, are available for guest use.
