By booking, you acknowledge that we cannot be held responsible for building-managed amenity disruptions.
Maintenance Access
Occasionally, building or unit maintenance may need entry to complete essential tasks. Schedules are outside our control. Refusal of access may result in a $100 rescheduling fee.

- $450 refundable security deposit, or
- $45 nonrefundable damage waiver
This process is handled off-platform and is required for all reservations.
The $45 Damage Protection Program covers accidental damage up to $450. This does not cover lost fobs, parking tags, or garage openers, which are $200 per lost item.

To comply with legal and property security requirements, you may be asked to provide a valid government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, complete our verification portal, and in some cases, pass a criminal background check.
Your information is collected only for screening and verification and is not stored or used for any other purpose.
All guests must sign a rental usage agreement before their stay. By completing your reservation, you agree to our rental terms and conditions, acknowledge that a valid government-issued ID is required before check-in, understand that a background check may be required if mandated by the property manager or owner, and understand that check-in instructions may be withheld until verification is successfully completed.
Verification information must be provided within 24 hours of booking. For same-day bookings, it must be provided within 1 hour. Reservations that do not meet verification requirements may be canceled.
