✔️ PARKING (VARIES BY UNIT)
▪️ Units 1, 2, 3, 6, 8, and 9 include ONE dedicated parking space per unit. Parking in another unit’s designated space is strictly prohibited and may result in towing.
▪️ Units 4, 5, and 7 do NOT include a dedicated parking space. Guests traveling with a vehicle should plan accordingly. No refunds will be provided due to parking limitations.

✔️ OCCUPANCY
▪️ Most units comfortably accommodate up to 2 guests.
▪️ Units 1, 6, and 7 may accommodate up to 3 guests upon request. Please manage expectations accordingly.

✔️ PET POLICY
▪️ Pets are allowed (with fee), however due to insurance policy, the following breeds are prohibited:
Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Bull Mastiffs, Presa Canarios, Chow Chows, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Pit Bull Terriers, American Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, Siberian Huskies, Wolf/Dog hybrids, and any mix of these breeds, as well as any trained attack or fighting dogs.

✔️ Pets are welcome with a fee. Maximum of 1 pet per unit. Pets must be registered and reported to the host prior to arrival. Ensure pets are well-behaved and that necessary precautions are taken to prevent any damage. Pet owners are responsible for any damages or additional cleaning.

✔️ No smoking inside the property. Smoking is permitted outdoors only.

✔️ No parties, events, or large gatherings allowed.

✔️ Please observe quiet hours from 9PM to 8AM.

✔️ Respect the neighbors. Do not park on their premises or cause any disturbances.
