Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet hours are from 11pm-7am Trash needs to be taken to the local refuse and recycle center, located at 5239 Zachary Taylor Hwy, Mineral, VA 23117.
Dogs are allowed with pre-approval. There is a $150 non-refundable pet fee, which does not cover any damages. No Cats.
Renter Agreement must be signed within 48 hours after booking. Our policy is to hold a security deposit for any damages.
