Just a short walk from the beach, the holiday accommodation Apartamento Zaida is located in Puerto del Carmen and overlooks the property's pool. The 50 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed, a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 3 people (an additional 4th guest can be accommodated on the sofa bed). Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, a fan, a washing machine as well as a TV. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.

The Appartement is a Little too shabby, the bathroom was Not clean, the dishes also, we Client it, before we use them! One room has no window! The sunlounger are Dirty, the water of the Pool also! The man, who live with the red umbrella was very Loud! We wäre das!

Good location, poor accommodation

No arrival information until I chased the night before arrival. Was then told I could get in at 11am then messaged again to say i could leave my bags at 11 but couldn't check in until 1730 as she was working and still needed to clean the apartment even though advert says 1500. Bathroom was not great. Shower head held together with duck tape and nothing was done to fix it even though they were asked to more than once. Was just ignored. Also hot water only lasted about 2 mins. Toilet brush just on the floor - no holder. Boiler had a wee bucket collecting water that we weren't told about until water was leaking all over the washing machine.Lack of additional bedding. Bed only had a thin sheet on so had to take the sheet from the spare bed and also the cover from the couch.Pool area was very tired with broken tiles and only 3 sunloungers available 2 of which were broken. All others had other apartments numbers on them and were tied together.Some welcome information would have been useful.
