Everything was as advertised. We had a great time. The weather was lousy the weekend we were there but the washer and dryer helped a lot and we enjoyed the hot tub.

The house was spotless. The lake view from the deck was very nice. The street is very quiet and well kept. The kitchen was well equipped. The fenced yard was perfect for our dog. Looking forward to a future stay.

Excellent experience. Host was very communicative and helpful, the property was exactly as represented on the VRBO site. Kitchen was spacious and clean, hot tub was of excellent quality (even had a waterfall and awesome lights), the entire property was immaculate. There's a beautiful view of the lake from the upper deck. Check out was seamless with not much asked by the host, just some common sense requests that we were happy to fulfill, but no explicit demands or threats like you might experience on other platforms. If you're curious, we were asked if we could do some dishes if we had time, and if we had a large amount of trash if we could help with it, but if we did not have time for either, not to worry about it.Overall I would definitely prioritize this host's rentals in the future because of the incredible ease, cleanliness, communicativeness, and clear representation of the property. I have never had that good of an experience with a VRBO that I would actively seek out a given host's rentals, but in this case I would.

Matthew, an immaculate kitchen and a waterfall hot tub glowing under those lights is a hard combination to beat, especially with the lake stretching out below the upper deck. Glad the easy checkout and clear communication matched the listing. The deck and the soak are ready for your next visit.
