Disliked: Cleanliness, communication, listing accuracy
All the towels were folded but still wet, wet sheets in the dryer. Hair stuck to the wall in the shower and a bar of soap with pubic hair left in master shower. Holes and broken fencing in the backyard made it not pet friendly. Very disappointing.

I complete cleanings and laundry myself so the towels and hair in the showers are untrue statements. Also, no bars of soap are kept in the house for guest use so this would have been something the guest brought with her. I have had several guests stay, with and without pets, and none have mentioned any fence issues. When this guest departed, her dog had peed in the master bedroom and there were paw prints on the kitchen table, even though I had asked for pets to be kept off furniture, and she agreed to attend to the concern. I offered to refund the guest if she wanted to find another hospitality option and she insisted on staying.
