The Bühler–Quetsch holiday rental at Molenstraße 29 in Norddeich, with its 62 m² of space, is a wonderful retreat for relaxing days by the sea. With three lovingly decorated rooms, including two bedrooms, it accommodates up to four people—perfect for couples, families, or friends. The non-smoking apartment is child-friendly and, thanks to its comfortable heating, offers a cosy temporary home in any season.<br><br>The heart of the apartment is the open living area: The comfortable sofa nook invites you to relax after a walk on the beach, while the TV, radio, and free Wi-Fi provide entertainment. Everyone gathers around the dining table—whether for breakfast together or a fun game night.<br><br>The open kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you could need. Here you’ll find a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, as well as a coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. Dishes, silverware, kitchen utensils, and tea towels are, of course, provided—ideal for a relaxed self-catering stay.<br><br>The bathroom, which gets plenty of natural light, features a shower, toilet, sink, mirror, and hair dryer. There is also a separate guest bathroom available—especially convenient when you have multiple guests.<br><br>Outside, you can enjoy the fresh North Sea air on the terrace with a garden. Comfortable patio furniture and an electric grill invite you to enjoy social evenings. You can park your car in the on-site parking space. <br><br>The location is also ideal thanks to its short distances: the sea and the beach are each about 1,400 m away. Sehr schönes kleines Haus, mit Wintergarten. Für Kinder sind einige Brettspiele und Kartenspiele vorhanden, sowie Bücher für Kinder und Erwachsene. Wir waren 2 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder (1,4 & 7 Jahre), ein Baby Bett ist vorhanden. Parkplatz vorm Haus. Alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Kommen definitiv wieder.

Gute Bleibe die nach Behebung ein Paar Kleinlichkeiten noch besser werden kann / wird! PS. Und das Geschirr könnte man auch bei Gelegenheit erneuern / ergänzen!

Alles geklappt, von Schlüsselübergabe bis Reinigung. Schönes kleines Ferienhaus, Nichtraucher und Parkplatz direkt vorm Haus, für alle Altersgruppen geeignet. Besuch auf Norderney oder Just lohn sich. Fahrräder mitbringen wäre ideal. Tolles Umfeld. Viele Ausflugsziele in der Nähe.
