The unit was very clean and spacious. The bathrooms specially the tub/shower are also very clean. Lots of supplies were provided. The kitchen is fully equipped/stocked. Washer and dryer in the unit is very much appreciated. The beds are very comfortable. Easy check in and check out process. The river in the backyard was very pretty. The host is very responsive and easy to communicate with. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Love everything about the place. There’s a grocery nearby and a small shopping place that is actually a walking distance. Some restaurants close by too. Not too far from Lower Falls that we really enjoyed. Thank you for accommodating us. This place is highly recommended!

We are an adventurous family that enjoys the White Mountains year around. We hike the Whites, we ski the Whites, we camp in the Whites. We do it all and love it. When we are not using the condo we love to share it with other families. We love to be able to unwind on the back porch with a glass of wine and watch the kids play in the Pemi River. Falling asleep to the sound of the river is the ultimate bliss.

Why they chose this property

Lincoln is the perfect little mountain town. You feel remote enough to be able to relax but not too remote that you can't get the forgotten ingredients for dinner within minutes.

What makes this property unique

Lincoln community has everything you need from arts to adrenaline. Catch a play at Jean's Playhouse, sample some wine at Seven Birches Winery, take the family to Clarks Bears or cool off at Whales Tales waterpark. If adventure is your jam, and you have hiked all the trail, there is Mountain Biking at Loon, the Alpine Adventures ropes course or plunge into one of the many waterholes along the Pemi and tube downstream.
