Set on a peaceful private dirt road, this Cape home offers a truly unique experience off the beaten path. Take in scenic 180-degree pond views with access to the water just across the street and a short drive from many Cape beaches.

Centrally located between Hyannis and Falmouth, you’re perfectly positioned for beach days and local exploring.

With three bedrooms (Plus the sunroom full size futon) and an open floor plan, the home comfortably accommodates up to six guests.

House rules:

You’ll be staying in someone’s home so please be respectful and treat the home with care. It is a quiet neighborhood so please be mindful of neighbors.

Fire works are not allowed. Loud music and disruptive behavior are not allowed.

Guests are welcome to use paddle boards provided at your own risk. We ask that you wear the lifejackets provided for extra precaution. Property owner is not responsible for inuries, accidents, or fatalities while using these items. Life jackets are provided and must be used at all times. Any damage are loss to items must be reported immediately. Guests will be responsible for any repair or replacement costs.

This charming little cottage was the perfect spot for a getaway. We loved our morning and evening views overlooking the pond. It is incredibly peaceful and enjoyed taking the paddleboards out. Comfortable beds and nicely stocked kitchen. Grateful for the abundance of towels the homeowner provided. The location was perfect for us.
