The community also features several tennis and pickleball courts. This condominium is conveniently positioned near shopping and dining in Calabash, Little River, SC, and North Myrtle Beach. Popular beaches like Sunset Beach, Ocean Isle, Cherry Grove, and North Myrtle Beach are just a short drive away. In Little River, SC, and Calabash, NC, you’ll find fishing tours, dolphin excursions, and casino boat trips. The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Load the dishwasher

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

On the final day, guests are typically asked to gather used towels and place all towels, hand towels and wash cloths in the blue laundry bag located in the Laundry Room.

Strip beds, leave sheets on floor and fold comforters and leave on the bed.

Leave AC at 75 degrees (Do NOT turn off AC) Leave Pool cards on the countertop and lock doors.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
