This cozy and very comfortable cottage is the perfect place to stay while touring the historic villages and all the area attractions. Just moments from Spanish Springs Town Square, where live music is happening every night of the year. Great shopping, restaurants, and attractions nearby. You will definitely not be bored, but you can also rest and relax as much as you would like in this lovely cottage with 3 recliners,and TVs in the Living Room and Bedrooms and wireless Internet. The prettiest pool in The villages; which features a waterfall and a hot tub, is just a block or so away. Numerous golf courses nearby for the avid golfer, lots of entertainment and activities, such as Pickleball, bocce ball and so many other fun things are just a golf cart ride away. A gas golf cart is provided at no additional cost for your fun and convenience. This location is less than an Hour from Orlando, the beaches and all sorts of attractions.

We moved to The Villages six years ago. This location is such a wonderful place to be in The villages. We visited for 20 years before we bought our house close by this location.

This location is so convenient to all shopping and restaurants. It’s a very laid-back, quiet community with so many friendly people.
