The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place used linens in the laundry room. Take trash (in bags) to the garbage cans located in the backyard, right of the garage. Waste Management picks up on Wednesdays.
Remove any pool items from the pool area-place in the garage
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
NO smoking inside or outside! If detected, a fine of $500 will be charged. Additionally, stay will be cancelled and guests required to leave,no refund
Pool supervision of minors is required.No diving or running around the pool area.do not alter pool/light settings. Fines will be assessed if detected.
Please leave house in acceptable condition.We want to share with you but do request it be treated respectfully.Please be mindful of neighbors.

Very clean and spacious house! We enjoyed the pool and the open layout kitchen and living room was exactly what our group needed. The beds were all very comfortable and helped to make a great weekend very relaxing. It was close to restaurants and a grocery store which was convenient. Would definitely stay at this property again!

Everything about the property as pictured and listed is correct!Host Laura was very quick to respond!Clean and tastefully decorated!The private pool was a big hit with our grandson!The only thing we had a problem with was the king and queen beds.My wife and I need a firm bed. Beds were on the soft side. For some people, soft beds are a plus. Other than that, it was a 7 day vacation well spent!
