Nellie is a wonderful host. Quick to respond to questions. The apartment is well planned out and has everything you might need if you want to cook your own meals. Nice furnishings and comfortable space to relax. Enjoyed the outdoor space as well. It was a great value. So much better than a hotel room!

This is a beautiful, large studio. The space is your own private oasis. The view of the lake was stunning. It's peaceful and relaxing. The hosts were responsive, kind, and very caring.

This place is so cute! It provides all the appliances and perks you need, while maintaining a very organized, uncluttered appearance. (The design choices in the shower are stellar!) Sitting by the pool and watching the sun set over the lake was a relaxing and beautiful way to end each day. It was cool and pleasant inside the apartment —you’ll have your own AC control. But for chilly FL winter evenings, there’s also a fireplace and a VERY comfy couch to snuggle into. I chose it because it is pet friendly. I thought it was a great value, and worth the drive to Lutz!

The property was comfortable and had plenty of available amenities. Easy to find and enter. Location wise, it was quiet and remote enough to offer us some privacy without being too far from anything else. Although the room was small in size, the overall layout itself never felt crowded or hard to maneuver. The host was friendly and efficient with communication if we ever had any questions or concerns. The backyard was also easy to access and the pool was warm and refreshing, providing an excellent view of the sunset over the nearby lake. Our only grievance was that the water supply left a very strong odor that never cleared up throughout the duration of our stay. While we were aware that the shower and faucets used water sourced from the new well system and the water itself was very clean, the sulfur from the water created such a strong stench anytime we ran it that it became overwhelming every time we showered or washed our hands. Future guests ought to be mindful of the smell if they’re sensitive/uncomfortable with such things. Otherwise, the experience was a satisfactory one. Relaxing, quiet and peaceful.
