This waterfront home features a private, unheated pool, fishing dock with fish cleaning station, 2 kayaks and optional boat lift with canopy, offering a true Florida lifestyle experience. Close to beaches, restaurants, Charlotte Sport Park, Pt Charlotte Beach Park and Fishermen's Village. This home has everything you need for the perfect Florida vacation, with a fully stocked kitchen, 5 T.Vs, books games, beach chairs, towels, umbrella & outdoor grill. The pool goes from shallow to deep end quickly. The canal is tidal-driven and can get very low, depending on the tide.

We had a great stay! The house was very clean, we had plenty of space the layout was great. The outside property was well maintained and the pool was fabulous. We did a little fishing by the canal. Everything we needed was nearby. Christy our host was the best, any questions we had, she responded quickly. She made us feel that our experience at her home was exactly what we wanted/expected while there. I would definitely stay again.

We have been married for almost 50 years, have three children, ten grandchildren and four great grandchildren. We are blessed and enjoy hosting other people and their families and or friends.

Why they chose this property

This was our primary residence for over three years. We chose it because of its location and amenities. We love the open, split floor plan, the beautiful view from almost any room and the wonderful backyard with a deep pool, on the canal, giving us access to Charlotte Harbor and the Gulf.

What makes this property unique

We have a private dock where you can tie up your boat, fish and clean your catch at the fish cleaning station (with water and electricity). We also have a boat lift with a cover that is available for rent.
