The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Lock the doors
Please strip beds and place all linens(including towels) in the bag provided. Leave bag on porch.
Leftover food can be donated on your way out at the Brunswick Family Assistance tents near the pier traffic circle.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No boats, RV's, trailers, or golf carts permitted. The HOA will tow violators.
OIB doesn't permit pets on the beach during the summer, we do not allow guests to bring pets. New noise ordinance-$1k fine paid by guest to OIBPD.
Lost storage key fee is $100.

We just wrapped up an incredible stay and can’t say enough great things! The views are absolutely stunning — the kind you stop and stare at every morning. Whether sunrise or a golden evening sky, the scenery never got old.The beach is just a short walk away and it was gorgeous — clean, spacious, and perfect for everything from sandcastles to long sunset strolls. We spent so many happy hours out there!After beach time, we loved heading to the park area, which was a fantastic bonus for the whole family. We even caught a concert there one evening, which became one of the true highlights of our trip — such a special memory!Back at the condo, the beds, pillows, and linens were wonderfully comfortable and everyone slept like a dream.This property checked every box for a memorable family vacation. Breathtaking views, an easy walk to a beautiful beach, a great park nearby, and a comfortable, well-appointed space — we’d come back in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect beach escape!
