The location of this property was super convenient if you are doing things around Seattle or downtown Seattle. It was nice being in a quiet neighborhood. The commute into downtown really is only 15/20 minutes, even at busy times of the day. Everything was clean and comfortable. Communication was easy and quick.

We stayed here for my daughter’s sand volleyball tournament on Alki beach. The property was a perfect size for the 3 of us. It has a full kitchen where we were able to cook our own food (plenty of pots, pans, and eating utensils). The beds, linen’s, and towels were very comfortable.The bathroom was large with plenty of water pressure and hot water.During our stay, we made the short drive to the beach each day (very petty views from this beach). We picked up our groceries from Trader Joe’s (about 5 minute drive). Ate at a couple of the restaurants on the beach. Took the lime bikes for a ride down the board walk. And visited down town Seattle. This property is in a quiet neighborhood where we were able to get good rest between days. The location is also only 20 minutes from Sea-Tac and only 20 mins from downtown Seattle.

This was a great place for our family of 5. There was plenty of room for us. The place was very clean! We loved the location! There was a trail to Schmitz Park just a few houses down, on the same street. Parking on the street was easy to find during the day and even later at night. Would definitely return!

The unit was super clean and well maintained. Alexis was a cordial and welcoming host and she provided easy directions for entering, check out, and parking. The location is very nice—about a .7mi walk to Alki beach—beautiful views, shops, and local restaurants—and about a 15 minute drive to Seattle. Would stay here again for sure!
