Private: property 2 ha with lawn and trees, beautiful garden to relax, swimming pool (above ground) (4 x 2 m, depth 130 cm, seasonal availability: 15. May. - 30. Sep.). Outdoor shower, patio, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. 300 m long motor access (via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Shop 2.5 km, grocery 2.5 km, supermarket 2.7 km, restaurant 2.8 km, bar 2.5 km, bicycle rental 2.5 km, sandy beach "Follonica" 35 km. Tolles Anwesen - leider nicht gepflegt

Das sehr schöne Objekt wird leider nicht gepflegt und ist daher heruntergekommen (z.B. abgebrochener Griff Kühlschrank und Mischbatterie Bad, Toilettensitz gebrochen, Sitzgelegenheiten im Außenbereich defekt, zerrissen oder verdreckt und nicht zu gebrauchen. Die Terrassenstühle wackeln und können nur ganz vorsichtig benutzt werden, Internet funktioniert nicht, Spülmaschine läuft aus, Flecken auf Bettlaken. Zufahrt nur mit geländegängigem Fahrzeug ansonsten höchste Gefahr Fahrzeugbeschädigung

Prettig huis

Het huis is mooi gelegen. Wel een slechte toegangsweg. Eigenaren zijn behulpzaam. De zon komt alleen in de middag in de woonkamer. We hadden gelukkig geen heel warm weer anders zou een verblijf minder aangenaam zijn (geen airco). Alhoewel bij het zwembad constant een pomp (?) te horen was, was het volstrekt onbruikbaar en vies. Het zag er onaantrekkelijk uit. Ook het buitenmeubilair was hier en daar aan vervanging toe.

Accueil sympathique. Maison spacieuse en pleine campagne. La maison ne possède pas de volets, pas de doubles rideaux ni de ventilateur ou de clim. Ce qui la rend très chaude en été et qui ne permet pas de faire la grasse matinée…

Frühling in der Toskana

Seit Jahren fahren wir auf Agriturismo's in Italien und Fincas in Spanien. Das Ferienhaus Fonte del Tesoro liegt abgelegen auf ca. 200 m Seehöhe inmitten traumhafter Olivenplantage in exponierter Hanglage. Die Anfahrt von der Staatsstraße SP21 dauert ca. 20 min, die bei der Planung der Tagesauflüge unbedingt beachtet werden sollten. Die letzten 400m bis zum Haus sind sehr steil und unbefestigt, dennoch mit etwas Fahrgeschick und Konzentration gut machbar. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut ausgestattet (2 Doppelzimmer, 2 Bäder, offener Kamin, Küche, Fernseher, etc.) Der Außenbereich (Poolbereich, Außenküche, Garten) waren leider sehr ungepflegt, der wunderschöne Garten ludt leider nicht zum Verweilen ein. Bei der Buchung erwartet man eine gewisse Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit vom Alltagsleben; das Internetinserat versprach 2 ha Grundstück zur Alleinnutzung, leider war das Gegenteil der Fall: Gärtner, die die Olivenbäume verschnitten bewegten sich praktisch den ganzen Tag auf dem Grundstück, auch der Besitzer kam mehrere Male unangemeldet auf das Grundstück um private Tätigkeiten (Säubern des Cross-Buggys mit Druckluft neben unserer frisch gewaschenen Wäsche) durchzuführen. Leider führten diese Situationen dazu, dass wir uns leider unwohl in diesem eigentlich wunderschönen Haus führten und unsere Reise vorzeitig abbrechen mussten. Reiszeit: 2 Wochen Anfang Mai

Těžko dostupný ráj

Dům v olivoníkovém háji je na klidném místě, s krásným výhledem, je to oáza klidu, kde se dá skvěle relaxovat. Cesta k němu ale vede po úzké silničce, prudce se svažující dolů, pak se asfalt mění na štěrkovou cestu. Sjíždět tuto cestu octávií byl docela adrenalin. Určitě je vhodné vyšší auto. Dům je čistý, vybavený ale raději si sebou vezměte odpadkové pytle a toaletní papír a spray proti hmyzu, i když v oknech jsou sítě, stejně jsme byli poštípaní. Majitelé vstřícní a milí.
