We love hosting folks coming into our wonderful city for conventions, our amazing sport teams and our special events. I hope you will fall in love with Indy as much as we have! I teach at IU Indy and own an HR Consulting company. My partner is in real estate. They are fluent in Spanish and English. I am a huge FEVER fan and a season ticket holder. This is a great location for game days! We are an inclusive family and provide a SAFE SPACE to welcome ALL in our home.

Why they chose this property

This is a diverse neighborhood with a rich history in our community. We chose the neighborhood because it is within a 4-minute drive to Riley Hospital for Children and IU Indy. It was a very easy commute. There is also a bike and walking trail that allows you to walk/ride to campus.

What makes this property unique

We have lived in Indy for more than 3 decades and this home has been a labor of love. We restored it from the ground up after it was abandoned for over 2 decades. It has so many original features and special features to honor our homes heritage as well as its future.
