The Space:

This coastal gem that is part of The Capri resort is the answer to all of your problems! Boasting a private, screened-in balcony with an outdoor dining area, A/C, free WiFi, a full kitchen, and access to incredible shared amenities, including a lighted enclosed pool, exercise room, tennis courts, saunas, game room, and indoor basketball court. Enjoy access to the building’s enclosed pool, available year-round. While covered and protected from the elements, it is not a fully indoor pool. Things to Know There is a $75 per week, cash or credit card non-refundable building registration fee due at The Capri, which includes one parking space. If available, additional parking spaces will be $10 per day or $55 per week per space. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
