The living room will be the hub for entertaining with a large TV, comfortable furnishings, coastal decor, and access to the private balcony that will be perfect for sipping a cocktail at sunset. Not to mention, the chef of the group will feel right at home with all of the appliances, utensils, and dishware needed to create tasty meals. Don't wait a minute longer, you deserve that long-awaited getaway! Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Traversing stairs is required to reach this vacation home and there is no elevator. A bike rack is available for use. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
