The apartment comprises a living room, a dining area with seating for 8, a fully equipped kitchen, two shared bathrooms, and a separate WC. The three bedrooms include two rooms each with a queen-size bed, and a mezzanine bedroom (1m/3ft clearance, no window). The living room also features a double sofa bed, offering additional sleeping space when needed. Bathroom 1 has a shower and WC, while Bathroom 2 has a bath and WC.

The apartment is fully equipped for a comfortable stay, including wifi, air conditioning, a safe deposit box, a 5-star pillow bar with quality bedding, bed and bath linen, a hair dryer, iron, and television. The kitchen is well-appointed with an induction hob, microwave, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, kettle, and toaster.
