The Space:

This elegant abode comprises one half of a perfectly located duplex. Stroll to Surf Drive Beach -- the walking route is flat and easy! Make your way to delectable dining along Main Street. Head to nearby Woods Hole to dine or catch the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard. Hop on the scenic Shining Sea Bike Path at Shining Sea Parking. Inside, the chic living room is detailed with a smart TV. The landing provides a desk at which to plan the day’s adventures. Prepare delicious meals in the gourmet kitchen, outfitted with brand-new stainless steel appliances. Dotted with brilliant blue hydrangeas, the backyard includes a gas grill, a large patio with a table and chairs, outdoor shower, dining table, and gas firepit with seating for guests. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. The gas stove is unavailable for guest use.

Spectacular!

This house has the best location: walking distance to the beach and downtown. A very short drive to the harbor. The appliances are all top of the line. Every amenity imaginable. Extremely clean and tastefully decorated including fresh hydrangeas from the backyard. We enjoyed it immensely. 10 star review!!

This property was even better than expected! High end finishes throughout, comfortable beds and furniture, completely furnished kitchen. The area was quiet, beautifully kept and a 5 minute walk to a sandy beach. Three minutes drive gets you to “town” - full of shops, nice restaurants and a French bakery to die for. Highly recommend this home!! Be aware that the double bedded room upstairs (which is gorgeous and huge) has no door, but does have an attached full bath. It was tan issue for our group, but might for couples sharing the rental.

Great stay. Adorable house.

We loved the house and location. Was perfect for us. My only recommendation would be for the bed in downstairs room. Since upstairs has 2 beds that will normally be the children’s room and they had the most comfortable beds. I would have liked the downstairs room to have a more comfortable bed. My teen daughters were living in luxury upstairs. That would be my only recommendation. Other than that we loved it!
