Great location! Walking distance to Falmouth Main Street and just steps from the beach. The neighborhood is quiet and relaxing. The property is lovely, pet-friendly, and has a well-stocked kitchen. Perfect spot for both people and dogs to enjoy.
We absolutely loved our stay in falmouth. This house was in a great location. Walking distance to the beach and town. Our host was so nice and made sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back.
The location and comfort of the mattresses were awesome. Nice to be able to walk to the beach and rest in mattresses that are good quality
Looking forward to another trip based on availability
Great location. Easy check in. Smaller kitchen but good outdoor space for cookout and eating outside. Upstairs was perfect for our daughter and her friend. They had plenty of space and their own bathroom. Was a great stay!
This little condo on the cape was the perfect spot for our group! Walking distance to the beach and Main Street! The home was just as described and even better in person. It had everything we needed, a stocked kitchen, and a great yard for the dogs to play. Don’t let the twin beds deter you, they were the most comfortable beds and we all joked we slept better here than our own beds. The host was so accommodating and takes great care of the property. We will definitely be back and can’t recommend this place enough!

Dear Mackenzie,
Thank you for the review. I’m very happy you enjoyed your stay. Hope to see you in Falmouth again.
My family has deep roots at the Cape, so while we don't currently live there, we try to return each summer. This was our first try at a rental-rather than hotel-and it was superb!! I was looking for a place to fit myself, my husband, my sons, our dog, and my older parents. This spot was perfect in every way. We had such a great time, and bonding experience and the host was stellar in her communications and helpfulness. We fit comfortably, the accommodations were clean and cozy, and the beach was just a short walk away. Thanks a million!

Dear Tina, thank you for the kind words. I’m happy you and yours enjoyed your stay.
We’ll be very happy to host you again!
We had a wonderful vacation here! The house was spotlessly clean, the check in was so easy, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen had all we needed, and the AC was a treat on the really hot days. Regina was so responsive to our needs and questions. The garden is very well taken care of with lovely plantings and we spent a lot of time at the two outdoor tables with plenty of comfortable chairs and two umbrellas. The beach is two blocks away down a pretty street, and we could walk or bicycle to Falmouth Center. It's an easy bike ride to Woods Hole or North Falmouth via the Shining Sea path which is so beautiful. The supermarket was 10 mins away. Thank you so much for everything Regina! We will stay here again!

Yvonne, it was a pleasure to have you in our house. Hope to see you again!
House was clean and spacious and a lovely yard. The location was perfect - block to the beach, easy walk into town, and easy ride to bike trails. Great for a family vacation
This place was great and Regina got back to me immediately when I had questions. We have a 3 month old baby that was staying with us so it was great to be a 3 minute walk to the beach. All the bedrooms were bigger than expected.
We had a fabulous vacation at this home just a short 4 minute walk to the beach. 15 minute walk to Falmouth Center for shopping and dinner. Biked to Woods Hole on the Shining Sea bike trail. Short walk to Falmouth Pier to see boats as well. Home was clean and comfortable with everything we needed to enjoy our time away. Will book for next year as well.
My family and I go to the Cape every summer for our annual vacation and decided to try staying in Falmouth this year. The property was perfectly cleaned and well stocked with linens and towels for our arrival. There was plenty of space in the house and the patio was great for relaxing after the beach. Location is 5 minute walk to the beach and close walk to Main Street so overall great location. Our stay was great and highly recommend this property for anyone looking to visit Falmouth.
