Enjoy friendly competition at the foosball table located in the living space. Open the sliding glass doors and step onto your private balcony to experience breathtaking sunset views over Back Bay while enjoying the fresh ocean breeze.





The fully equipped kitchen makes preparing meals easy and enjoyable, complete with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar, a large pantry, and plenty of storage space — perfect for cooking fresh local seafood or sharing meals together.





The primary suite offers a peaceful private retreat with a luxurious king bed, private bathroom, TV, spacious walk-in closet, and direct balcony access — ideal for morning coffee or quiet evenings outdoors. Bedroom two provides flexible sleeping options with a comfortable queen bed plus a twin daybed and twin trundle, making it great for families or additional guests. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Do not move furniture between rooms.

Streaming is available using your own accounts.

The community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.



No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
