It offers an outside shower, an open and screened porch, assigned parking, and is located a short distance to the ocean and boardwalk in Bethany Beach. The first level offers an open porch, living, dining, and kitchen areas, a breakfast bar, a half bath, and a screened porch. Level two offers a primary bedroom and bath and two more bedrooms, plus a bathroom and laundry area. THINGS TO KNOW Two (2) free parking spaces are provided at the property. No recreational vehicles or boats/trailers are to be parked in the community. No construction trailers or trash/debris containers are allowed from Memorial Day through Labor Day. PLEASE make sure the lid to the dumpster is closed after you have used it so that animals cannot get in it. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking.
