Central air conditioning, well-equipped kitchen, washer, dryer and more.2 TVs (all flat-screens), 2 DVDs, iPod docking station, board games, books, outside shower, gas grill, Wifi. Things to know Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking.
