House was good, the location was good, we enjoyed our stay. Would have been better if we had somewhere to hang our clothes and put our luggage (one closet was full of host's clothes, the other was locked). Kitchen was good, great fridge and stove and oven, but a microwave and toaster would have been nice.

Owner, Jason, was so easy to work with. He responded quickly to any questions I had and we could tell that he truly takes pride in his Sunny Bungalow that my sister and I stayed in for 6 nights. We especially liked the private back yard patio for our morning coffees and evening nightcaps. The house was nice and clean and we felt very safe in this neighborhood. We appreciated the fact that this was a stand-alone house with a parking spot for our rental car. We very much enjoyed our stay and adventures in the Denver and surrounding areas!
