Good communication, but couldn’t check in early due to cleaning and then arrived to stains on bedding. Besides that, it is a nice private escape that is not too far from Bar Harbor.

Great cottage tucked back in trees! Animals near home(turkey in yard, hummingbirds and deer). It is peaceful and quiet. We sat out by fire pit tonight’s and enjoyed 55-60 degrees. Kitchen had all we needed to cook meals, grill outside works as well. They do have a coffee pot. The large open windows make the space feel like you are outdoors! It was 45-60 mins away from lots(Bar Harbor, Cadillac Mountain, Schoodic Drive) Great communication, we needed help half way through our stay for an alarm that went wonky…..they answered and came over immediately-issue fixed. Really sweet people! Thanks for sharing your space with us!

The property was in a very pleasant location, but difficult to find initially. A 40 minute drive to Acadia. Communication with the host not the best.

We loved this cabin! It is secluded enough to feel like you have privacy, yet close enough to Ellsworth for groceries and of course Acadia National Park! Highly recommend!

The property seems new and in great condition overall. The amenities were fairly minimal (not a lot of dishes, low-end coffee maker, not a lot of comfortable places to sit). The location was good and the design of the property itself is good.

Nice private place near Acadia

This place was great and private. Lots of windows but neighbors aren’t too close. It was very clean and cozy. About 45 minutes from Acadia and Bat Harbor made it near enough but not too in the city. Loved the place!

Great Place

Great place to stay, a bit hard to find at first because it is behind another house but once we figured that out, we fully enjoyed the place. About 30 minutes from Bar Harbor but with traffic, sometimes closer to an hour. Very clean, had everything we needed. Would highly recommend if you are in the staying in the area.

Summer fun in Acadia

The house was lovely and clean. It was quiet and secluded but close enough to amenities. The proximity to Acadia NP was what drew us and it did not disappoint. Wish our stay was longer.

Acadia Stay

This house is very cute and has everything you need for a getaway close to Acadia. The place is roomie enough and has a great outdoor area to use for a fire, or sit outside to relax. There was plenty of towels; dishes, and appliances to use during our stay. Highly recommend!

Bay Harbor Stay in Lemoine.

We loved the private location and the fire pit. Marlboro Beach was close. The house overall is very cute but the property was not maintained. Items broken and not fixed for our arrival.

Hi Patty, thank you so much for your feedback. We're really glad to hear you enjoyed the private location, the fire pit, and the proximity to Marlboro Beach. We’re also happy you found the house itself to be cute. We’re very sorry to hear that aspects of the property were not properly maintained for your stay. That’s certainly not the standard we aim for, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention. We’re currently reviewing the issues mentioned and will ensure that any broken items are addressed promptly to improve the experience for future guests. Acadia in the fall

Our first time in Acadia, chose this location for the fire pit and access to the park without paying the prices in Bar Harbor. It was about a 25 min drive to Acadia but the drive was scenic! About 10 mins from grocery store. The place itself was clean Kitchen was stocked with what we needed.

Quiet and off the beaten track

Out in the woods but still close to civilization. Very comfortable, except for the pillows. Bring your own. We loved the grill and fire pit and being outside. Sleek and modern but cozy inside. Highly recommend!

Amazing Stay

The house was impeccable. It was as clean and as comfortable as home. A perfect spot for our family of four in town for a wedding and a trip to Acadia. The beds were comfortable, plenty of space for cooking/grilling and a beautiful outside setup. The owners thought of EVERYTHING down to little bottles of shampoo! We also really appreciated the washer in dryer. The location was perfectly off the beaten path and we enjoyed evenings stargazing. We enjoyed the proximity to several of Acadia's trails and to town. Thank you again for a perfect stay!
