NEW to the rental market! Welcome to Keowee Cottage on beautiful Lake Keowee in Seneca, SC. Located in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, you can seek adventure or relaxation in this charming, tranquil, scenic lakefront escape. Located in a quiet cove mid lake, this home is perfect for family getaways, Clemson games (25 minutes from door to Death Valley) or a peaceful friend retreat. A perfect spot for fishing and swimming. Take in views of Lake Keowee's deep, green water in this 5 bedroom 3.5 bathroom home from one of the two screened in porches. Designed with comfort in mind, the open concept living room is inviting and has a gas fireplace and plenty of natural light. 4 of the bedrooms hold a king bed with high end mattresses and very comfortable, luxe linens. These rooms have their own TVs with streaming for those who want to unwind at the end of a fun filled lake day. One of the king rooms has a full sleeper sofa and plenty of space for a pack 'n play for a little one. The primary suite is on the main level of the home and comes with those sought after lake views, a walk in closet and a claw foot soaking tub with heated bathroom floors. The bunk room is a kid favorite with two sets of full bunk beds and a single trundle. Cool off in the deep water off the private dock or enjoy a morning kayak or paddleboard in the less traveled area of the lake. Gather for meals inside at the dining table that seats 10 and utilize the outdoor dining and living areas if you opt for an al fresco experience. Lounge lakeside by the fire pit enjoying your coffee or wine. The updated kitchen comes with state of the art appliances, gas range, and is stocked well with all of the pots and pans, utensils, dishes and spices you need. The laundry room has a washer and dryer, an ice machine and a coffee bar along with plenty of cabinet storage in addition to a walk in pantry adjacent to it. A gas grill is provided and a whole house generator is in place. Seek the adventure or tranquility at Keowee Cottage - this is your home away from home!
