Erholsamer Urlaub in angenehmer Lage.

Pros: Wunderschöne Lage, sehr freundlicher Empfang und ebenfalls ein Vermieter der sich auch aus der Ferne um einen kümmert. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist ein Traum und es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Der Pool wird wöchentlich gereinigt, der PKW kann in einer Garage abgestellt werden. Cons: An manchen Stellen wäre eine kleine Modernisierung wünschenswert.

Pros: Casa Karin is a lovely spacious home with all the comfort you need to have a nice holiday. Some parts are renovated this year which was very nice. Some parts still need renovation, but those are in no way an obstacle for your holiday what so ever. A car is needed. The way to the nice little (stone) beach passes underneath the house, so you hear the cars and the carbidgecontainers from the upper terrace and poolterrace. We did not mind though. The view is fantastic, looking over the sea and landscape. If you want to get out of the full sun upstairs, you can sit next to the pool. There is always a bit of wind. The only thing we missed is a cubbord with shelves for our cloths in the master bedroom. Anyway, a lovely place to stay and we will sure come back again…..

Pros: Wij hebben een geweldige vakantie gehad (gezin met 3 dochters van 18,19 en 22). Het is een prachtig ruime villa van alle gemakken voorzien. Het was erg schoon en goed onderhouden. Ook in de keuken ontbrak er niets om lekker te kokkerellen en we hebben heerlijk nagetafeld op het ruime terras met geweldig uitzicht over de Middellandse Zee! Het was goed vertoeven, ook op warme zomerse dagen, want er was genoeg schaduw te vinden op 1 van de plekjes op 1 van de terrassen! Ook was er airco in de woonkamer én hoofdslaapkamer. Er is een relatief kleine supermarkt in dezelfde (lange) straat en de Lidl, Supermercado en Aldi bevinden zich op 10 minuutjes rijden met de auto. Het contact met de verhuurster, Karin, was ook erg prettig. Ze was erg betrokken en reageerde snel op mailtjes! Nogmaals, wij hebben een fantastisch mooie 2 weken beleefd op deze TOP locatie!

Pros: Wij hebben vier heerlijke weken doorgebracht in Casa Karin. De contacten voorafgaand aan de boeking verliepen heel vlot en uiterst correct. De foto’s in de advertentie geven een juist beeld van het mooie, ruime huis. Het huis en de buitenruimtes waren zeer schoon bij aankomst. Wij werden vriendelijk ontvangen door Gregor, de “house-keeper”. Gregor zorgt voor het onderhoud van het zwembad en voor vragen konden wij bij hem terecht. Ook hij reageerde heel snel op onze vragen tijdens ons verblijf. We hadden de pech dat de douche-deur, behorend bij de master bed-room voor onze aankomst gebroken was en al snel bleek dat deze deur tijdens ons verblijf niet vervangen zou worden. Gelukkig beschikt Casa Karin nog over twee andere douche ruimtes. We hebben met name genoten van het heerlijke zwembad en het prachtige uitzicht op de zee. Heerlijk luieren in het zwembad of op het terras in de zon of in de schaduw. Omdat het huis tegen een berghelling gebouwd is, konden we bij het zwembad tot 17.00 uur van de zon genieten en op het boven-terras gelukkig nog een uurtje langer. Vanuit Casa Karin zijn Valencia en Alicante met de auto binnen het uur te bereiken, mooie steden om te bezoeken, maar ook de kleinere steden in de omgeving zijn zeker een bezoek waard. De beklimming van de Penyal d’Ifac (bij Calpe) was een enerverende, maar ontzettend leuke ervaring. Het strand van Cala Moraig moet in dit rijtje zeker genoemd worden en het natuurpark la Granadella (aan de overkant van het huis) voor een wandeling in de namiddag. Kortom; iemand die een mooi, ruim en goed gefaciliteerd huis zoekt, prettig contact met de eigenaren belangrijk vindt, wil relaxen maar ook nog af en toe actief wil zijn, kunnen wij Casa Karin van harte aanbevelen!

Pros: Nous avons séjourné dans cette maison entre juillet et août 2020. Magnifique maison, très bien équipée, Elle ne manque de rien. Karin est toujours disponible pour répondre à toutes nos questions. Maison propre mais qui mérite une petit rafraissichement mais qui gêne en rien a passer de bonnes vacances avec un panorama magnifique. Grande piscine pour le plaisir de petits et grands! Mais non sécurisée pour les plus petits. Merci à Karin pour ces vacances.

Pros: Had a fantastic time in Casa Karin. Lovely well equipped villa with stunning coastal & sea views. You will relax over a bottle of wine on the balcony overlooking the view. Karin is extremely prompt replying to any enquiries and the very friendly Marcos meets you on arrival. The welcome pack which included a bottle of wine & bottles of water was very much appreciated. We miss that view already and only home last night!!
