About this property

Woody's Place on Plum - A brand new 106 year old historic property

Woody's Place features high-speed internet throughout, a 70” smart tv in the living room, as well as 50" tvs in the main bedroom, and on the back porch.

Located on a quiet, corner lot in the historic district, we are a short walk to everything in town. The corner lot provides for plenty of street parking (in addition to the driveway, extra space, and privacy. The front porch has two swivel chairs, while the back deck includes a large outdoor couch, 50" tv, and a large outdoor shower.

The downstairs is wide open with the living room's large couch and 70" smart tv. With a comfortable half bath. The dining room has two swivel chairs, perfect for reading, a six person table, and an NBA Jam Arcade game. There is also a stackable, full size washer/dryer in the closet.

The brand-new kitchen features extensive counter space, a dishwasher, and new appliances, cooking utensils, wine glasses, spices, and more. The kitchen door leads to the side entrance and the back patio, a large outdoor couch, 50" tv, outdoor shower, and barbecue grill.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms and another full bath with a tub. The master bedroom features a king bed and smart tv, the second bedroom has a queen, and the last bedroom has a queen bed. Each with full, walk-in closets.

The house has two separate HVAC zones, with central heat and air upstairs and two mini-split units downstairs.

Fresh linens and bath towels are provided as well.
