This place was extremely clean and perfect for our family to be able to enjoy the beach, pool, canal to dock our boat and go out to the ocean. We have zero complaints!

My husband and I have enjoyed living in Paradise Village in Shell Point since 2002. We enjoyed offshore fishing, scalloping, island hoping and the amazing sunsets. Not able to enjoy the fishing lifestyle, we built a home and moved closer to town. We have recently decided to share the lifestyle we have been blessed to enjoy with others hoping they will come to love the lifestyle as well.

Why they chose this property

Paradise Village is a golf cart community located minutes to the quaint Shell Point Beach where visitors enjoy sunbathing, beach volleyball, surf fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, windsurfing and sail boating. Within the Village you will find a club house, pool, pickleball and tennis courts. Each unit is on a deep water canal with private docks for your boats.

What makes this property unique

Our unit has space for your boat trailer and two vehicles as well as the golf cart we offer our guests. It is pet friendly for small to medium pets.
