Located in Island Park, this property includes access to wonderful community amenities including two pools and 2 private docks on Jinks Creek, perfect for kayaking, fishing, or enjoying the coastal scenery.

This well equipped property creates that home away from home feeling, ensuring all your needs are met. We've included the bed linens and bath towels to save you room in your suitcase. Relax in the downstairs hammocks with a margarita, using the Margaritaville Machine. An outdoor table and chairs is there for alfresco dining with the propane grill.

Enjoy the spacious outside deck space with comfortable seating for the whole crew for early morning coffee, or evening cocktails to really soak up the laid back West end of Ocean Isle Beach. There are at least 6 beach chairs for use on beach days, a 2 kayaks to paddle around Jinx Creek (not for Ocean Use), and an inflatable boat.

If you're looking for more fun in the sun, outside yard games galore are on premise to get the friendly competitions underway.

BEACH ACCESS: The closest beach access is just a 3 minute walk, Leave the house and turn right on Harbor Drive then left to 11 Ocean Isle West.

Smart TVs are available in the unit. Guests may log into their personal streaming accounts (e.g., Netflix, Hulu, etc.) during their stay. Please remember to log out before checkout.

For security purposes, exterior cameras are installed at the front entrance and driveway. These devices record video and/or audio and do not monitor any interior spaces.

HOUSE RULES:

- Minimum Rental Age is 30 Years old
- NO PETS
- Please do not use water balloons or chalk on the patio or driveway as they have caused permanent stains in the past.
- No deep fryers or fire pits are permitted for use on the property at any time.
- No Chinese lanterns or fireworks are allowed.
- Please do not move or rearrange furniture.
- No unauthorized parties or gatherings are allowed.
- No jumping or diving from balconies allowed at any time.
- No leaning or climbing on the balcony railings.
- Guests are responsible for supervising children and teens.


CANCELLATIONS & TRANSFERS: A guest may cancel a reservation and receive a full refund, excluding any administrative fee, credit card processing fee, cancellation fee, and any associated taxes on said fees that may have been incurred. Cancellation requests must be in writing (via email or letter) clearly stating cancellation of the reservation at least ninety (90) days before the check-in date. Cancellation requests within ninety (90) days of check-in date for any or no reason (including the failure to pay the final payment due 90 days before the stay), including inclement weather, will not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Oasis Vacations LLC. All cancellation requests shall be submitted in writing and are effective when received and confirmed by the Agent. All transfer requests shall be submitted in writing at least (90) days before the check-in date and are subject to approval.
