Small, modern, luxurious villa "Vasca", built in 2022, surrounded by trees and meadows. 2 km from the centre of San Lorenzo al Mare, 8 km from the centre of Imperia Porto Maurizio, in a secluded, sunny position, 2 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: natural state property 500 m2, terraced garden with flowers and trees, swimming pool (7 x 4 m, depth 120 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 30.Nov.). Outdoor shower, garden furniture, barbecue, parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 2 km, grocery 2 km, supermarket 2 km, restaurant 2 km, bar 2 km, bakery 2 km, café 2 km, bicycle rental 2 km, bus stop 850 m, sandy beach 2 km. Cycle lane 2 km. Please note: car recommended. The house was built in an old water tank with a diameter of 7.5m. The shape and character of the tub with round walls and concrete floors have been retained.
