We absolutely loved staying at this property.It was close enough to walk to Venice Beach. There are lots of restaurants within walking distance and a little market only one block away.You had a view of the ocean from the third floor. While it was on the third floor, it was fairly convenient to access as it is very near the elevator as well as the entrance to the property.There was only one key fob for our group to share to get into the property, just a heads up. But Ali was happy to buzz us in when he was available. The balcony was lovely with comfortable outdoor seating. The pictures are representative of the beautiful bright Sunny space.The beds were soft enough for me and my husband, which is saying a lot. I travel with an additional egg crate mattress because most hotel and VRBO beds are too hard for me but both beds in this VRBO were just right. Great A/C.Alex and Ali were both quick to respond. It was very convenient being able to use WhatsApp to communicate with Ali.The supplies in the kitchen were sufficient for our needs.My only warning is that the pullout couch is small and hard. It would be appropriate for most children, but it did not work for my two almost full grown teenage sons to share. They ended up putting sheets on the couch as an alternative. Fortunately, there were two couches so each of my sons had their own space.Parking was sometimes difficult to find, but the hosts would pay for the parking meters that were located very near the entranc
