Property was nice, pool was only clean for first 3 days then turned green no one come to clean til our 5th day there couldn't use the hot tub last 2 days because of the chemicals running thru it wouldn't turn on, spent our entire last day doing house cleaning with all the requirements for checkout with linen, towels to be washed being a 5 bedroom house. If we would of had a regular check out at 10 am never would of meet all the requirements without getting up at midnight to do so. Still waiting on my deposit, I was told I was getting it all back, checked out the 5th of May as of the 13th still don't have

There was not enough dish towels or any dish rags which made cleanup difficult. There were no lids to any of the pans that we could see. I thought it very ridiculous that when we went to grill out on the provided grill there was no propane. I was told that we would need to provide that. I didn't feel that I should have to have the expense of filling a propane tank that would last all summer long. If you are providing a gas grill a person should be able to cook on it without having to purchase their own propane. Carpet was rather dirty from the front door all the way through the house to the glass sliding door. I will probably will not rent from these people again.

Great stay. Cheryl was really helpful and welcoming. Pool was great with sun all day and the house was in a great location. My only small criticism was there really weren’t enough towels (despite there only being 2 of us) and no pool towels at all which we hadn’t accounted for but it really didn’t affect our stay and we will know to bring our own next time. Thanks for having us
