As a lifelong lover of historic homes, beautiful gardens, and waterfront living, I fell in love with The Ballard House the moment I stepped onto the property. Built in 1916 and overlooking the Indian River Lagoon, this remarkable estate has welcomed generations of visitors and residents for more than a century.

My goal has been to thoughtfully restore and reimagine the spaces to provide a peaceful boutique experience retreat where guests can slow down, enjoy nature, and experience one of the Space Coast's most unique waterfront properties.

Whether you're visiting for a romantic getaway, a business trip, a family gathering, or simply to watch dolphins from the dock at sunrise, we're honored to share this special place with you.
