The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please keep the fish cleaning station and surrounding area clean after each use. There are hoses available.
F you fish and decide to use my bait in the freezer, please replace it. I would do the same.
Please close the shades inside the house. Turn off all the lights and fans inside and outside including the porch and parking area.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please obey the quiet times as to not disturb the neighbors.
No glass downstairs around the pool. This is a must for everyone’s safety.
Please return the garbage cans to the East side of the house and just off the driveway unless it is a “pickup” day.
