The Bollwark Residence features 26 superbly equipped units. In the two- and three-room apartments, couples seeking relaxation will feel just as at home as families with children who want to spend eventful days by the sea. All apartments feature a private balcony, terrace, or loggia: There, holidaymakers can start the day relaxed with a cup of coffee while watching the activity on the water up close, or reflect on the day’s events in the evening with a glass of red wine. Experienced interior design specialists were responsible for the interiors of these bright and spacious living units.
The carefully coordinated colours of the flooring, furniture, and home textiles create a harmonious whole. Satellite TV with Sky channels provides entertainment. Some apartments feature a private sauna. Each apartment comes with a parking space, either in the underground garage or outdoors. An lift provides convenient access to the apartments on the upper floors. An on-site reception desk ensures a stress-free arrival.
