I chose this neighborhood because it is well kept, family friendly, and peaceful. It is so close to all the major attractions that my husband and I spent over a decade thoroughly enjoying when we lived in Peoria as well.

What makes this property unique

My property is unique in that it has a very spacious backyard with a gated pool and RV gate. It is perfect for events and gatherings that have little ones attending.
