Wir haben Anfang September über 14 Tage die gesamte Finca bewohnt. Die Kommunikation mit Sabrina lief von Anfang an reibungslos. Jede Frage wurde sehr schnell beantwortet. Sabrina hat uns bei jeder Frage schnell weiter geholfen und war sehr hilfsbereit. Direkt nach unserer Ankunft sind wir alle sofort in den schönen Pool gegangen. Dieser war wie das gesamte Anwesen sehr sauber. Alle paar Tage kam auch Personal um den Pool zu reinigen. Trotz der hohen Außentemperaturen konnten wir dank den Klimaanlagen die Räume auf die Wunschtemperatur runter kühlen. Die Finca war mit allen ausgestattet, was man sich wünschen kann. Selbst Spielzeug für den Pool war vor Ort. Es war ein rund um gelungener Urlaub in dieser Unterkunft.

Traumhafter Aufenthalt mit erstklassigem Service! (5/5 Sterne)Wir haben zu sechst eine rundum perfekte Woche in dieser wunderschönen Finca verbracht. Es hat uns an absolut nichts gefehlt – das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man für eine Gruppe von sechs Personen braucht. Der Pool war ein absolutes Highlight, super gepflegt und wurde auch während unseres Aufenthalts regelmäßig gereinigt.Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die fantastische Betreuung und Flexibilität! Unsere Ansprechpartnerin war jederzeit erreichbar und unglaublich hilfsbereit. Als es ein kleines Problem mit dem Toilettenabfluss gab, wurde dies umgehend und ohne Verzögerung behoben. Sogar extra Strandtücher wurden uns unkompliziert zur Verfügung gestellt.Der krönende Abschluss war, dass wir am Abreisetag statt um 10:00 Uhr erst um 14:00 Uhr entspannt auschecken durften. Diese Flexibilität hat uns den Abreisetag gerettet.Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können diese Finca wärmstens empfehlen!
