Boating is at the heart of our story. My girlfriend, Angie and I have spent our entire lives on the water. For 28 years, I held a commercial Captain's license and operated the Spirit of Peoria-a authentic stern driven paddle wheeler that now cruises Nashville under the name The Capitol. Angie is equally driven; she has successfully run her own hairdressing business in East Peoria for 30 years. When she isn't at the salon, she loves her 5 dogs and boating on the Illinois River. These days you can find us working on our new, complete with a private little cove right on the Illinois River.

Dolphin Cove is so unique because of its ultimate relaxation and endless entertainment. Inside the home is warm with soaring windows that fill the home with natural light. Two massive kitchens and living rooms, plenty of space to spread out or gather together. Don't forget to throw some darts, shoot some pool or just relax in the huge hot tub.
If fishing is your game, we supply four catfish poles all rigged up and provide you with some live night crawlers for bait. This fishing is great off the beach or right in the harbor off the dock. Don't forget we have 2 kayaks with life jackets and paddles for you to enjoy the river as well.
