We’ve stayed at many different KHA properties throughout our summers in Bridgton and this house was one of our favorites. Our kids loved the dock and we loved having dinners each night on the beautiful deck. It was everything we needed for our vacation! We would definitely stay at Moosin Around again.

The house is located on a lake as described. We arrived in the evening on a hot summer day and had some major issues with the A/C which was a portable unit that wasn't hooked up and incompatible with the windows. There is no central A/C. The host's primary representative is in Colorado though they have a local person that was willing to try to remedy. I am certain the property owner will get this fixed.

At the time of your reservation, the home was listed as having air conditioning, and we apologize for any confusion, as the listing did not specify that the A/C was provided by window units. As part of our pre-arrival inspection, we confirmed that the A/C unit was in place and functioning properly. Had you stayed at the home, we would have welcomed the opportunity to address your concerns and work toward a solution during your stay. We were, however, glad to provide a full refund to resolve the situation. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Your feedback has helped us identify an opportunity to improve clarity and guest comfort. Since your stay, the homeowners have added an additional A/C unit and multiple fans to enhance comfort for future guests.
