Great Experience
This was one of the best vacation homes we have ever stayed at. Very spacious and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!
We had a wonderful time at this house—it was very clean, nicely maintained, and in a perfect location. It's close to Santa's Village, Story Land, Whale's Tale, and Clark's Trading Post, which made it super convenient for our family adventures. The house got a little warm at times, but opening the windows let in a nice breeze that kept things comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home
Quality furnishings throughout the home. Well-maintained conveniences and location made for a most pleasant stay.
The house was amazing. It had everything we needed and was so comfy and clean. Carroll is a great location - close to Mt Washington, Grafton Notch State Park, Breton Woods and Franconia Notch State Park. The cog railroad to the summit of Mt Washington was a wonderful afternoon excursion.

The pictures don’t do the home justice.
This was the cleanest property we have ever stayed in. There is a lot of space to relax. We enjoyed the fire pit and appreciate the owner leaving wood to be burned. We had the cutest black bear walking through the yard. The house had everything you could possibly need. It’s absolutely perfect and we will stay longer next trip.
Be careful because the directions led us to a construction site on a dead end road. Also the k10 ...
The howls beautiful and well equipped

Clean but pricey.
The rent was very pricey...with fees being almost 50% of the rental cost.

Well built home
The layout of this home worked perfect for two couples. We were very comfortable. The home had excellent water, cross ventilation for hot days, and a beautiful picture window over the kitchen sink.
Beautiful home, quiet and stillness is what we needed and this was great. House has plenty of kitchen utensils to cook if you want.
We drove 25 min to Lincoln to get on the Kanc and ate yummy dinner in N Conway. Then a 50 min drive back to rental. Would love to see the area in Winter.

Great house, everything as advertised.
House was spotless, beautiful, and everything pictured was there and working, including the air hockey table. Kitchen was fully stocked, absolutely anything you could need. Little things like starting you off with a few dishwasher tabs, extra garbage bags, soaps in every bathroom, etc were a nice touch as people often forget these things. Overall an excellent experience and we’d be happy to stay here again.
We had been to the area with our kids 35 years ago. This time we had our grand children as well and had fun showing them all the hikes and sites
that were new to them and nostalgic for us. The house was perfect, very clean, plenty of room to relax and my grand daughters loved the air hockey table.
We would return here again in a flash.

The House was cold inside. We didn’t arrive until after dark and no lights were on. It was difficult to see the lock to enter the code. I thought the picture online showed a view of the mountains but there wasn’t a view. Overall no issues and it was fine.

Wonderful place!
This cabin was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 2 children. There was plenty of space to spend time together as well as areas to find solitude. Each bedroom had an easily accessible bathroom. The kitchen has every possible cooking and serving tool imaginable. There was plenty of comfortable outdoor seating for all guests. Beds and furniture were comfortable. The only negatives for us were that the yard was in desperate need of a landscaper and the trash had not been removed from previous guests. Neither of these things affected the great time we had in this cabin.

Hi Tracy, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We're glad to hear that the location of the home served you well. However, we are saddened to hear you were not impressed with the exterior appearance of the home. While the trash was not able to be removed or picked up. Moving forward, we appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention as areas to improve. We will continue to work with both our local staff and the homeowner to make improvements to this home, and we hope you'll give us a second chance to impress you.
This was a beautiful house in the stillness of the woods, but very centrally located, close to the convenience store, restaurants and other locations of interest. The three bedrooms were perfect for our group, including two on the ground floor which was very convenient for my older parents who don't do well on stairs. The kids enjoyed the game room downstairs and we all enjoyed the comfortable living room and the spacious, very well stocked kitchen. The deck was great for enjoying a morning coffee or star gazing in the evening. Communication with the management company was good, and they were quick in answering questions before arrival and in providing an invoice that I needed. The only very minor negative aspect was that after checking out, my husband thought he may have left a pair of glasses in the house, and we have still never managed to find out one way or the other if the cleaning crew found them. But luckily this was not an urgent issue for us.Overall we had a fantastic stay in the house, and we would definitely stay here again on another visit to Twin Mountain.
The house was large and super cute. The living spaces were big and bedrooms spread out. We spent very little time here however as we were out hiking most of the time.
The checkin process was super easy, the place was clean, the couch was really comfortable and the bathrooms has some toiletries to get by.
FYIs: There is no air conditioning, but lots of ceiling fans and windows. Use the google maps link that the rental property sends you, otherwise you may end up at a grassy section that was supposed to be a road.
CONS: I felt that the king bed was lumpy and uncomfortable, left me with a pulled back muscle, but I like a firm bed. The cleaning fee associated with the place was outrageous, considering we were barely there and washed all the linens ourselves based on request from rental property.
I would stay again as the location was prime and size was ideal, I would just sleep in the couch.

Thank you, Matt, for your feedback! We are happy you enjoyed this home. While we understand that sleeping preferences vary widely, we are sorry to hear that the bed did not provide for a comfortable night of rest. Please know that your feedback is essential, and we have passed your comments along to our local manager, who will work with the homeowner to make any updates. We look forward to welcoming you back for another wonderful getaway in the future!
Beautiful home, very clean and spacious, neighborhood was so quiet and private. We came during 4’th July weekend, we brought 3 fans with us, thankfully, because we had some temperatures in the 90’s. Would have been miserable without them, as there is no AC, but I believe that is status quo for NH. With windows opened, ceiling fans, and our 3 fans for bedrooms, it was perfect. Absolutely lovely home, yard, and neighborhood/.

BEAUTIFUL!
Great secluded house. Minutes away to a gas station or convenience store/pizza. We really enjoyed our stay.
Although our stay was short, it was perfect! We loved that each bedroom was located right by a bathroom, and how roomy they kitchen and bedrooms were. The check in process was smooth and the communication on check in day was amazing. Huge deck, nice downstairs area and the bedrooms all being spaced out from one another was nice. Super clean when we got there, and the shampoo/conditioner and bar soap in each bathroom was a nice touch - like you’d get in a hotel.
Bonus: only 20 minutes from Santa’s Village. :)
