Lage der Wohnung war super und es war alles vorhanden was man für den Urlaub benötigt. Ein- und auschecken war problemlos.

Im allgemeinen eine schön eingerichtet Wohnung. Das an das Zimmer eingepasste nicht genormten Bett ist sehr großflächig aber gewöhnungsbedürftig. Terrasse sehr schön mit Blick auf die City Marina und Morgensonne. ⚠ Hundehalter: Die Terrasse ist offen zur Terrasse der Nebenwohnung und es gibt einen offenen Durchgang zu einem Weg direkt am Wasser!

lage top, wohnung vom eigentümer vernachlässigt

top lage und attraktiver balkon. ausbau schäbig, lieblos und ungepflegt. altes nicht mehr funktionierendes wurde nicht entfernt. z.b badezimmerheizung, dekekte türsicherheitsschlösser, duschvorhangschiene. der abgang vom balkon zum bootsteg ist von unkraut überwuchert und mit müll, alten bootselektrokabeln bedeckt. und zu guter letzt: das bett ist katastrophal. eingebaut, unmöglichem grundriss, schlechte matratze. schade, wirklich schade. der eigentümer ist dringend gefordert. sonst hilft der wirklich kompetente vermieter und die toplage auf dauer für das interesse an der ferienwohnung nicht
